Drove 3 hrs to see my GF pops gems and minerals. They let us in for free as we were in a hurry and only wanted to check them out. Really nice friendly

Surprisingly interesting museum lots to see, and quite reasonable entry fee.

Little gem. You could spend an hour or a day. has different themed rooms with objects and displays about the local towns and the way of life of old. The only thing would make it better is a bit more panels or commentary what youre looking at. You can see the passion of the local historians

What an incredible source of historical information about the area, there are hundreds if not thousands of photographs there

Amazing place! We came here to Queenstown to watch this museum and it was all worth it! Hope the town will stand strong ti tell its story...
